Calm Water Charters conduct fishing and sightseeing trips around the beautiful area of Wagonga Inlet in Narooma, which is based on the Far South Coast. This is a fun fishing experience for families and others who enjoy time on the water and would like to catch a fish. No fishing experience necessary, all fishing gear, bait and licences supplied.

The Vessel is built to survey to provide a stable and safe fishing platform for up to 13 people. The Calm Water Charter boat has lots of room to move, comfortable padded seats wind and rain covers with lots of open space to fish from.

Your experience will include; fishing the pristine waters of the inlet, cruising aboard a friendly comfortable boat, enjoying 'close encounters' with wildlife in, on and around the unique waters of this estuary, seeing a fantastic variety of vegetation, including lush rainforest and rich mangroves, thousands of years of Aboriginal heritage. It's a trip well worth taking.

Special Features
Narooma is arguably the most picturesque town on the South Coast because of the inlet and its unspoilt village atmosphere is drawing growing numbers of visitors. The most popular activities reflect this, with walking, relaxing, picnics, swimming and fishing listed by people as the things they prefer to do.
Local Area
Wagonga Inlet estuary in Narooma extends approximately 9 km upstream from the ocean entrance and has a catchment area of 84 km2 of predominantly steep, densely timbered terrain, the majority of which lies within the Bodalla State Forest. The major tributaries of Wagonga Inlet are Billa Bilba Creek and Burrimbidgee (Rats Head) Creek to the north-west and Punkally Creek to the south.
