The Fire and Police Museum is situated in the heart of Sheffield's city centre.
The former police and fire station was refurbished by fire-fighters from the South Yorkshire Brigade who began to restore the Victorian Police and Fire Station to provide a home for fire service related memorabilia.
Visitors can see a range of amazing vehicles and exhibits up close, providing a fascinating insight into the history of the fire brigade. Te museum also contains a classroom, which is specifically for school children to learn about all aspects of fire safety, history and their application to the National Curriculum
