Dairy Cottage

Located in Clayton near Bradford Brow Top Farm is a working farm that provides a range of accommodation with bed and breakfast and cottage accommodation available. All the properties are stone built and have beamed ceilings, central heating and ample safe parking. Honeysuckle and Cowslip cottages are over 200 years old.

Dairy Cottage is a recent conversion from the old dairy and milking parlour. It has two bedrooms. One downstairs twin room with shower room en-suite, suitable for the infirm or elderly and one family room upstairs with double bed and one singe bed, bathroom and shower en-suite.

The cottage also offers a lounge with colour television, video and telephone, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric cooker and gas hob, a utility room with washing machine and toilet, a small patio to rear and a barbecue available on request.
