Further Information: The palm fringed beach with inshore reefs is ideal for snorkelling and the rocky outcrops are popular spots to try your luck fishing. Take in magnificent views of the Whitsundays via the scenic walking tracks. With wildlife like peacocks, scrub turkeys, rock wallabies, kookaburras and mountain lorikeets roaming freely - many are quite tame and seem to enjoy human company.
Restaurant/Bar: Enjoy brunch, lunch or dinner overlooking the beach in the fully licensed cafe, alfresco style, specialising in Australian cuisine, or you can look after yourself in our comfortable bbq area.

Rude and unfriendly service at front desk by young woman. No hello. Hardly acknowledged me while she finished mopping floor. Gave us a caravan site which was very difficult to manouver our large van into for one night ... Read More (Date of experience: Sep, 2011 )
