Beau Sejour Leisure Centre

The Beau Sejour Leisure Centre offers a wide selection of indoor and outdoor activities, including a cinema, theatre, large heated indoor swimming pool, water flumes and numerous sports such as outdoor tennis, badminton, squash, volley ball and bowls and is open daily from 09:00-23:00.

This safe and supervised centre is run by competent staff, who offer a quality product and service. The Aqua zone features a 25 metre pool with two water slides and a viewing gallery. Body Zone boasts over 70 pieces of equipment, sauna, steam room, solariums, fitness studios, and Bodysense physiotherapy clinic.

The Sports Zone houses three main 5-a-side size courts, which host a variety of sports including badminton, fencing, basketball and volleyball to name just a few. There are outdoor football courts and tennis pitches, as well as squash courts. Skating takes place in the main hall, you can bring your own or hire skates for the public sessions.

Children can take part in taster activities over the school holidays. FitClub and Kiddy Kapers can teach balance, discipline, how to have fun and the basics of exercise and how good it is for the body.
