Woolmunda Park offers choice of two self contained cottages or B&B accommodation in a "Natural Environment" on 20 quiet acres at Smythesdale, 15 minutes from the centre of Ballarat and Sovereign Hill.

The cottages are well appointed, have two bedrooms, main with queen bed, second with two singles and can sleep up to 6 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, wood heaters, ceiling fans, spacious bathroom. TV, VHS, DVD, CD players, free DVDs and Videos. Fold up beds available or divans make into double beds. All beds have doonas', electric blankets, linen, bedding and towels.

"Kookaburras Retreat" suite, offers B&B accommodation for couples. Queen bed, spacious bathroom with claw foot bath and separate shower recess, wood heater, ceiling fans, kitchenette, private entrance and patio with bar-b-q. Flat screen TV, DVD,CD players, free movies and CDs and radio.

After exploring Ballarat, riding or walking the Ballarat/Skipton rail trail relax in our warm 8 person outside Spa/Jacuzzi.

Getting There: Go into Ballarat and turn left at first traffic lights after the Town Hall (on the left in the main street).. This is the Geelong - Hamilton Road.. Follow this road to the second roundabout at Sebastopol, then turn right (sign says Hamilton Glenelg Hwy. B160). Follow Hamilton Road for about 15 km. .Turn right immediately after the Mobil Service Station into Whites Road. Look out for the large blue road sign on the highway that says Woolmunda Park. Proceed down Whites Road for about 600m and then turn right into Wethling Lane. .Enter Woolmunda Park driveway by turning left at the first fork in Wethling Lane. The property is well signed. Reception is located at the main homestead.

Pet Friendly: Pets welcome but are not allowed in cottages. We can provide kennel on verandah or pet kennels available 3kms.
