At Spaceport you will blast off on a virtual journey through space from Earth to the farthest reaches of the known Universe at Merseyside's amazing new visitor attraction. From wormholes to black holes, supernovae to spiral galaxies, you will learn all about space and space travel at Spaceport.

The Spaceport Experience begins with a Blast Off into space in the Space Pod. Once out in space you can explore the Solar System with a variety of exciting interactive interspersed with planetary information and audio visual exhibits explaining what it would be like to visit each of our planetary neighbours. Whilst in the Solar System why not take a trip in our Space Explorer craft for a wild and exciting ride through space?

After your Space Dome show enter the Universe zone to experience the Big Bang and the birth of the Universe before embarking upon a big screen quiz that will challenge your perceptions. Then go from Cosmology to Science Fiction in our Alien Zone where you can become a cosmic newsreader and take a lighthearted look at views of the future. No visit would be complete without visiting The Final Frontier, the hyperspace store! Just get on board Spaceport at the Mersey Ferries Seacombe Terminal.
