The two twin and three double bedrooms are all en-suite, there is also a single room with private bathroom. The rooms are equipped with hospitality trays and colour televisions.

In the breakfast room you may help yourself to a range of cereals, fruit, yoghurts and juice, followed if you wish by a full Yorkshire breakfast prepared from quality ingredients.

The guesthouse is situated close to Peasholm park, and within easy walking distance of the North Bay and the town centre including the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre.
