The Australian Coffee Centre

The Australian Coffee Centre offers rich coffee, full of flavour with bold fruity and chocolate tones. The Coffee Centre is located on top of Australia's great dividing rage, 60 kms west from Cairns, near the country town of Mareeba. The Australian Coffee Centre is renowned for its robust and uniquely Australian flavours by coffee lovers and roasters all over Australia.

When they started growing coffee, Australian was full of washed coffee from all over the world and naturals from Brazil, their idea was to produce a washed natural bean, resulting in the sub classifications such as fully washed, sweet washed, fermented, partly fermented and sweet fermented. These new classifications resulted in a new and improved processing factory and equipment.

The Australian Coffee Company features a two-storey timber centre, with a restaurant that seats 140, a licensed bar, coffee lab, gift shop, and a Coffee Cinema where 45 guests can view the region's first high-definition movie on the coffee industry. Outside, you can stroll through sections of the coffee plantations, see the coffee harvesting equipment and enjoy the dry temperate climate in the acres of native gardens.
