Insync Personal Pilates will teach you principles that you can apply to all aspects of your life, including your work and other forms of exercise. Insync Pilates will teach your body to function and move better for improved posture, tone, awareness, strength and stability.
In the first couple of lessons your movements are assessed while your doing some of the specialised exercises. A program of exercises is then tailored to meet your personal goals which takes into account your lifestyle, making it very practical and effective. Any previous injuries you've had, the type of work you do, your fitness level and flexibility are all considered. You will then be progressed with suitable exercises as required on both specialised Pilates equipment and matwork.
Insync Pilates is a unique approach to health and fitness using a blend of many different techniques and knowledge gained from years as a Therapist and a chronic pain sufferer myself. Insync offers the chance of a better lifestyle for people in pain and those that find it hard to do other forms of exercise.
