From the crest of the Cunnawarra Range to the rugged Georges River valley, this escarpment park links the snow gum high country of New England National Park with the wild ranges of Oxley Wild Rivers National Park.

Beech Lookout overlooks ancient Antarctic beech rainforest, huddled in the headwaters of the Georges River. Surrounding forests have white gums that have been identified as some of the tallest trees in the state.

Nearby campsites at Wattle Flat and Georges Junction are good bases for bush lovers who enjoy quiet forest drives through remote ranges. You can go camping, birdwatching and there will be lots of photo opportunities from the lookouts.
