GEMINAIR flats are comfortable, clean and well furnished. Apartments contain Central heating, lighting and hot water is provided; extra electricity is coin-metered. Flats are inspected annually by the Regional Tourist Authority and consistently awarded a high grade.

All flats have colour television. The kitchens are equipped with cooker fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. All flats have electric fires, if additional heating is required. Bed linen is all provided; towels and teacloths are available for hire at a small charge.
