Dorrigo National Park encompasses 1173 hectares of the Great Escarpment of the Dorrigo Plateau and is one of Australia's most accessible rainforest areas. The Skywalk, Walk with Birds and other areas have been designed to provide easy access and impressive viewing vantage points.

The boardwalks are suitable for wheelchairs. Picnic with the brush turkeys at the Glade, and visit the Dorrigo Rainforest Centre and the Canopy Cafe, which are open every day.

The Dorrigo Rainforest Centre showcases the World Heritage listed rainforests of Dorrigo National Park. The centre provides information, a shop, an exhibition and cafe and one of its most dramatic features is the Skywalk walkway and lookout platform over the escarpment edge for a close up view of the rainforest canopy.

At the Rainforest Centre a video theatre and walk-through display provide images of the World Heritage listed rainforest. The shop sells books and guides, posters, prints, cards, local crafts, T-shirts and souvenirs with a rainforest theme.
