The Pemberton area is renowned for its unique Karri forests. Brockman National Park covers an expanse of 49 hectares of this magnificent forest. The park originally got its name from Brockmans Station now known as Yeagarup Historic Homestead.

The access road provides a perfect scenic route through the forests for those wanting to experience to heart of the park. The majestic forest itself consists of straight and tall karri trees and a lower storey of small trees and shrubery.

The karri trees border the main road and come in a wide variety of species. The forests of peppermint, karri hazel, yellow karri blossoms and karri sheoak are the main draw point of the Pemberton area.
