The Tea House is a fantastic Edwardian folly, set in the grounds of a Tudor Palace, located in the heart of Britain's oldest recorded town with beautiful views of Layer Marney Tower and the surrounding countryside.
The beautiful cottage has been restored and fully equipped to the highest standards with polished wooden floors and original oak beams.
The folly can sleep four people and has a bath, shower and ground floor bedroom, other facilities include a telephone, linen, central heating and free private parking.
