Cocoparra National Park is situated on 8,358 hectares and located 603 Kilometres south-west of Sydney and 25 kilometres north-east of Griffith. Cocoparra offers a rate chance to see original Riverina forests with wattles, orchids and tough-as-nails ironbarks and blue-tinged cypress pines against rich red rocks.

With beautiful wildflowers in the springtime, the park is perfect for bushwalking, bush camping, picnicking and photography.

Getting There
From Griffith, travel along Mackay Avenue and turn left to Bilbul Village. Keep following the road through Yenda then on the road to Ardlethan, turn left onto Barry Scenic Drive (signposted). This will take you to the Spring Hill Picnic Area. Road quality: unpaved sections From Griffith, take Wakaden Street, which becomes Rankin Springs Road, travelling through Beelbangera Village to Yenda. Turn left onto Myall Park Road and then right onto Mt Bingar Road. This access route is signposted. Road quality: unpaved sections From the Mid Western Highway, turn south to Griffith 14 kilometres west of Rankin Springs. Follow this road for about 30 kilometres, then turn left onto Myall Park Road and left onto Mt Bingar Road. The park is about 7 kilometres on. Road quality: unpaved sections
Facilities
Pit toilets and barbecue facilities. No permanent water. Fireplaces are provided but visitors are asked to bring their own firewood. Electric barbecues are available at Canyon Creek picnic area. Car based and caravan camping is available at Woolshed Flat.
