Upper Mount was built in the mid 19th Century and it is listed as a building of architectural interest.
Standing in its own grounds, the hotel is quietly tucked away in a backwater of Southsea, minutes away from Southsea shopping, restaurants and the seafront. Buses to all parts of the city including the Maritime Heritage attractions stop around the corner. The D-day Museum and seafront is just 7 minutes walk.
With fantastic views of the unrivalled sailing waters of The Solent and more sunshine hours than most other places, Southsea is one of the most beautiful seafront environments anywhere in the UK.
