Cudmirrah National Park is a coastal park on the South Coast of New South Wales. It surrounds the northern and western edges of Swan Lake and extends southward to Monument Beach. It covers an area of approximately 2,300 hectares and features extensive forests by beautiful lakes and estuaries with large areas of woodland and heath featuring masses of wildflowers in spring. In winter several species of banksia are in flower, a perfect spot for more than 160 species of birds that inhabit the area.

The main visitor areas within the park are located at Monument Beach and at Fisherman's Rock on Berrara Creek.

*Conjola National Park is adjacent to Cudmirrah National Park. Combine both parks to get the optimum day out! *Enjoy birdwatching, swimming, fishing or canoeing *Camping is not permitted *From Fishermans Rock take the day walk past the quiet beauty of Berrara Creek and on to Monument Beach. From there retrace your steps or follow the coastal walk back via Berrara. From Monument Beach picnic area there are a number of short walks to the beach, lagoon and the historic Walter Hood Monument. An information panel at the monument tells the story of sailors who were lost in a shipwreck in 1870 *Have a picnic on the shores of Swan Lake
Getting There
*Monument Beach picnic area can be reached on foot from either Berrara or Bendalong, or alternatively via unsealed roads through Conjola National Park. Continue south on the Princes Highway past the Sussex Inlet turn-off and turn left into Red Head Road (the Bendalong turn-off). Turn left again into Cedar Road, which ends at a short access road to the Monument Beach picnic area. Please note all access roads are unsealed and should not be used in wet weather
