The Heritage Centre is an amalgamation of the former Borough Museum and Local History Library, where you can find out a wealth of information and view interesting displays about the history of Greenwich, which bring the past alive.

You can explore your family background or area, in the extensive collection of documents, photos and maps. A free exhibition tells the fascinating story of the Royal Arsenal and the people who lived and worked there.

You can buy books and souvenirs in the shop and take some memories home with you. The centre provides a range of activities, including a Saturday club for children and a range of talks and lectures for the public and school groups.

The centre is available for private hire and boasts spectacular views of the River Thames. The Heritage Centre is the ideal venue for conferences, exhibitions and trade fairs.
