Rowans Guest House is a family run business and have been established for over 10 years. The property is close to the sea front, Canoe Lake, Clarence Pier and local amenities and is ideally situated to offer you a relaxing time with all the benefits of easy access from the motorway and local bus services for those who do not drive.

All rooms have multiple occupancy and are on suite. They are also equipped with their own tea and coffee making facilities. There is a trouser press available on request and all rooms are heated and double-glazed for those considering a stay during the colder months.

There is off road parking for one car and unrestricted road parking. With so much to see and do it is certain that you will be delighted with the friendly service and central location.

Things to do: For the younger guest there there are all the top attractions well within walking distance. Nightclubs and bars such as Time, ENVY and Bar Blue are all open to the small hours of the morning offering great music and a friendly atmosphere. Venturing further a field is Gun Wharf. By day it is a great place to shop and pick up a bargain or two, and by night there are many bars, restaurant's and clubs to keep you entertained. Should wish to watch the latest release at the cinema there is also a multi screen Vue offering all the latest films.
