A wonderful place for birdwatching. The reserve's wetland supports over 80 species of waterfowl, and sometimes in the late evening or early morning you may see a platypus.
There is a 1 km walk on the edge of the wetland with seats for viewing the waterfowl or just for sitting and experiencing the peace and tranquillity of the wetland.
