As well as providing a scenic backdrop to the town of Dorrigo, this remnant of warm temperate rainforest on the slopes of Mount Campion provides refuge for paradise riflebirds and sooty owls.
Lower Bielsdown Road is a pleasant drive skirting the northern boundary of the park. If you're an experienced walker, you'll enjoy a day walk to the summit of Mt Campion.
