Toohey Forest Park

Located 11 km south of the Brisbane CBD, the forest stretches from Mt Gravatt in the east to Toohey Mountain, Tarragindi in the west and surrounds the Mt Gravatt Cemetery, ANZ Stadium and the Griffith University campuses at Nathan and Mt Gravatt.

Toohey Forest Park offers extensive walking tracks through the open and botanically rich eucalypt forest and heath. There are several picnic areas affording spectacular views of Brisbane. The forested hills and slopes are vital habitat for many native plants and animals.
