The Ashburton Cookery School have a very simple approach to cookery. Use the very best organic, local, seasonal produce and promote food that has been grown in a way that is sustainable, environmentally sensitive and supportive of local businesses.
All courses are based around fundamental cookery techniques and methods that can be applied whether you're working in a professional kitchen or entertaining at home.
Teachers have extensive experience working in the catering industry and bring with them a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Most of the tuition you receive at the cookery school will be "hands-on" - class sizes are small so that we can keep the teaching as practical as possible.
