a'Mews Restaurant is Fully Licensed - BYO (Bottled Wine only) accepted from Tuesday to Thursday at only $8.00 Corkage per bottle.

All major credit cards are accepted. a'Mews private room is available for bookings for up to 20 people comfortably seated. Bookings are highly recommended.

Tuscany Restaurant in Rozelle from 1996 - 1998 as Head Chef. Riverview Hotel Dining Room in Balmain from 1999 to 2001 as Head Chef and Owner. Next Food Store & Delicatessen as Chef/Owner from 2001 - 2003. Le Kiosk Restaurant & Function Centre in Manly from 2003 till May 2005 as Executive Chef.
