The House of Marbles and Teign Valley Glass are makers and purveys of a world famous range of glass marbles, glassware, decorative glass accessories, traditional games, toys and crafts.

Visitors are most welcome to wander around the old pottery buildings with their listed kilns, enjoy museums of glass, games, marbles and Bovey Pottery, watch glass blowing when work is in progress, see spectacular marble runs, browse in the factory seconds and gift shops and take refreshments in the coffee shop and licensed restaurant.

This is a fantastic attraction for the whole family.

House of Marbles is located in a fascinating old building that used to be the site of Bovey Potteries. Bovey Pottery was established on this site over 250 years ago and amongst the other museums you will find one tracing the history of the Pottery and telling you all about it with samples of it's products.

There are many different traditional games manufactured here at House of Marbles and we have hundreds of different ideas for toys to choose from in our shop. Many toys are made from good old fashioned materials like wood and will last until the next generation is ready to play with them.
