Restaurant Milanos restaurant boasts an international menu prepared by award winning internationally trained chefs. Wherever possible the best of local produce is used in our dishes and a selected range of wines is offered to accompany the fare.

Milanos Head chef has prepared meals for celebrities such as Madonna, Sting and was part of the team preparing food for the The Queen Mother's centenary celebrations. He spent time training at the Hotel Nikko in Tokyo , the ANA Hotel Bangkok and this experience has influenced the selection of dishes presented in the following menu.

Weddings Imagine a wedding reception where you can arrive by boat, get married in the park under a ring of 80 year old coral trees and watch the sunset at one of the most beautiful waterfront locations anywhere. The romantic Balinese style Pavilion caters for 50-100 guests while larger weddings can be accommodated in a venue where every guest has a magnificent water view. Our verandah hovers over water so clear we light it at night for a delightful natural aquarium.
