There's more than just Train Rides at The Train Shed! Inside the Thomas Shop, children (and adults who refuse to grow up) can drive the Model Train Layout all by themselves, taking Thomas, Toby, James or Percy on a tour of the Isle of Sodor, making up their own "Thomas" stories while they play.
When you arrive at The Train Shed, you simply can't miss our Sydney Suburban Double-Decker Carriage - yes, it's a real one! Many parents may remember travelling on carriages like these when they were younger.
At The Train Shed, you can ride with: Thomas The Tank Engine, and his carriages Annie & Clarabel, Toby the Tram Engine, and his carriage Henrietta, James the Red Engine, and the Express Coaches, and Percy the Small Engine, and the Sodor Mail Vans.
The ride takes you across the bridge over the pond, past "Gnome Knoll" and "Crock's Scrapyard", and past the station again, then down the hill, through the tunnel and back to the top. About a 700m ride.
