This former nineteenth century coastguard cottage is situated in a beautiful setting overlooking Portmuck Harbour and Bay. The Port has a small sandy beach, which is suitable for young children.

Fishing off the rocks is a favourite pastime and nearby Muck island is a bird sanctuary. On site are the remains of an old Norman castle and the area's cliff faces are of special scientific interest. Nearby attractions include golf, horse riding and a farm museum.

Getting There: A2 from Larne to Carrick turn left at B90 to Islandmagee, left at next mini roundabout for approx 5 miles, follow road to Browns Bay, turn right at Portmuck Rd at T Junction, left again & follow road to Portmuck Harbour. From Carrick turn right at B90 and follow above directions.
