Further Information: All two beds apartments come with a secure underground, on-site parking space included in the rates. Guests wanting additional spaces will be charged nightly, and these are subject to availability. Our apartments are non smoking, but as the only serviced apartment company in Leeds with balconies for all apartments, guests are free to smoke on their balcony. Standard apartments - Offering up to 800 sq ft of living space, our standard apartments are much more than their name would suggest. With one or two bedrooms to choose from and master bedrooms offering en-suite facilities, these apartments give guests an excellent base from which to make a 'home from home' in Leeds.
