The converted barn is situated on a hill overlooking the seaside village of Aberdovey and has two delightful rooms the Balcony Room and the West Room. The two rooms come complete with en suite facilities and private entrance and parking.

The West Room is spacious room with a king size double bed or twins if required. The window has an extensive view over Cardigan Bay. The en-suite marble bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi and modern luxury fittings.

The Balcony Room is spacious room with a four poster bed and a settee. From the breakfast table you can enjoy views to the sea whilst having your breakfast. The patio doors lead onto a balcony which has an extensive view across the Dovey Estuary and south Cardigan Bay.
