Taking place at many Karate Dojos across Kent, anyone can learn karate, whatever your age or level of fitness. In addition to self-defence skills, the training will give you more stamina, faster reactions, get you fit and strong and improve your self-confidence and awareness
In Folkestone, training is held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays each week, including school half term and end of term holidays. It is up to you how often you train, but it is recommended that you try to attend at least twice a week because it keeps you strong and fit. This is a great fun club, with a good mix of newcomers and experienced students.
