St. Germains B&B

Located 14 miles East of the heart of Edinburgh, and set in 4 acres of private woodland and gardens, St. Germains House offers elegant bed and breakfast accommodation. The house was originally built during the 1500's and is full of history.

The accommodation has three wonderfully decorated and comfortable bedrooms, all of which are equipped with facilities that include, individually controllable heaters, a colour television and tea and coffee making equipment. There is also a fully fitted shared bathroom with bath and shower.

A full Scottish, or substantial Continental Breakfast is served in the dining room that features images and items from India and other parts of Asia. Evening meals and packed lunches are available if arranged 24 hours or more in advance.
