Established in 1990, Hood Wines is the largest contract winemaker in Tasmania. We also produce a wide range of award-winning cool climate styles under our Wellington, Frogmore Creek and Roaring 40s labels.

Located in the Coal River Valley region of southern Tasmania, the winery is just 10 minutes from Hobart.

Chief Winemaker, Andrew Hood, is well-renowned in the industry. He produces some unusual sweet wines and what we understand to be the only pinot noir port still produced in the world.
