A warm welcome awaits you at Summer Breeze, with a AA3* comfortable, clean guest house in an ideal location for exploring all that Newquay has to offer. The town centre with its restaurants and bars is just 2 minutes' walk, and the closest beach is Towan, which is 3 minutes' walk.

We offer double, twin and family rooms, all with en-suite showers + WC's, TV's and tea/coffee making facilities. We provide ironing facilities and hairdryers on request, and can store surfboards and bikes securely in our garage. We welcome couples families and groups of friends, but sorry, no stag or hen parties.

For breakfasts, we offer the full english breakfast (freshly cooked to order), or scrambled egg on toast, beans on toast, bacon sandwiches, vegetarian options - we are happy to oblige any requests.

We have parking on site, and for guests arriving by plane, we can book a taxi in advance (approximately £10 - £12 each way.)

Getting There: Arrive into Newquay on the A392. Follow signs to Town Centre, at roundabout on top of the hill, take 3rd exit signposted "Mount Wise", go through 2 sets of traffic lights and Summer Breeze is on the left.
Things to do: Surfing lessons are available at Great Western beach - 5 minutes' walk, or the world famous Fistral beach (10 minutes' walk.) We are easily accessible from the bus and railway stations (around 10 minutes walk), and Trenance gardens, Waterworld and Animal World are just 15 minutes walk. Further afield, Padstow, (a visit to Rick Steins' restaurant is a must), Eden Project, Watergate Bay, (try kite surfing or have a meal in Jamie Oliver's "15"), St Ives, Lost gardens of Heligan are all between 15 - 40 minutes' drive. Bus excursions are available.
