Kerachers Restaurant is relaxed and informal, serving superb local produce cooked with imagination and flair. Since opening in May 1999 it has gained a reputation as one of Perthshire's leading restaurants due to the friendly style of the restaurant itself and the marvellous fresh fish supplied by the Keracher family.
The Restaurant is situated upstairs above the Keracher's fishmongers shop. The Keracher family have been involved in the fish business since 1925 and also have a fishmongers in St Andrews. Owners Pamela and Peter Keracher run the front of house and kitchen respectively so ensuring a quality dining experience.
The menu is not exclusively based on seafood so it caters for all tastes. Customers are welcome to enjoy anything from the extensive menu, from a bowl of Shetland Mussels to a full A la carte meal. The restuarant serves Aberdeen Angus beef which is of the highest quality specially selected by Simon Howie of Dunning, and the chicken dishes are made with fresh corned birds for quality and taste. All dishes are cooked fresh to order to fulfil all of the customer's special requirements.
