Situated on Sunbeach Holiday Village/California Sands Estate and only 500 metres from a fine sandy beach, 4 miles from Great Yarmouth & 6 miles from the Norfolk Broads the chalets are ideally situated for enjoying the best of the Norfolk coast & countryside. The properties sleep 6 people and are double glazed. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. A double bed settee in the lounge caters for persons 5 & 6. Electric heating is provided in the bedrooms and the lounge. There is a Colour TV with Freeview, DVD player & VCR; Radio; Electric cooker & grill; toaster; microwave; fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner; iron & ironing board, electric shower over the bath. Membership of the 2 on site licensed clubs providing live family entertainment and access to the heated indoor swimming/paddling pool (19/05/12-15/09/12) are included in the price. On site amusements, Ten Pin Bowling, minimarket, ATM, Fish & Chip shop, cafe, restaurant, laundrette & takeaway pizza bar.

Further Information: A fire extinguisher, fire blanket & smoke alarm are provided. Electrical items have been PAT tested for safety. Pets are welcome and are allowed on the local beach but must be kept on lead when on the site and owners must clean up after them. Frequent public transport for Great Yarmouth, Hemsby, Caister-on-Sea and other localities stop beside the site with a bus shelter approx 200 metres from the chalet. In the chalet is a diagram of these bus routes and a selection of tourist leaflets & discount vouchers for local attractions when available. Prices range from 125 to 360 per chalet per week and the chalets are available 01 March to 31 October.
Local Area: Within a few minutes walk there are other clubs, cafe's, restaurants, amusements, take-aways, pub and shops. Also nearby is Golfing and horse riding. The fine sandy beach stretches for 15 miles along the Norfolk coast and is ideal for adults and children alike. For those who wish to wander further afield then Hemsby can provide you with more shops, amusements cafes and all you would expect in a small seaside town. Caister-on-Sea has further shops and facilities. The Norfolk Broads provide ample opportunity for freshwater fishing, boating and walking. Nearby Great Yarmouth is a major seaside resort with sandy beach, piers, amusements, horse racing, stock car racing, museums, shops, arcades, theatres, cinema, golf, crazy golf, tennis, bowling greens, boating and a beautiful promenade to stroll along.
