Grandview House is a completely restored historic residence located in South Australia's luxury seaside suburb of Glenelg. This two storey, spacious house is split into two large self-contained apartments offering a certain 'Olde World' appeal with modern luxuries.

Each apartment is almost a house in its own right, with two spacious bedrooms, spa bath, lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The second storey unit has both a front and rear balcony whilst downstairs has a porch and outdoor setting with a magnificent view of Colley Reserve. The house can be hired out as 2 separate apartments, or as the entire house for a group.

Fantastic ocean and park views with glimpses of the marina, Grandview House is just minutes walk from the historic Glenelg tram and Adelaide City travel. The new Holdfast Marina and many other attractions are also conveniently situated nearby.
