Our 'Parkview Villa' townhouse accommodation is very spacious with five bedrooms and sleeping up to eight guests on three levels. The accommodation has all conveniences including well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom, another main bathroom on the middle level and an extra lavatory at ground level. The rear bedrooms look out over the very lovely Musgrave Park and the middle rear bedroom has a balcony overlooking the park also. Everything is to hand such as washing machine, iron and ironing board etc and there is private parking on the drive. We have a reduced weekly rate of £647 sterling per week for this accommodation. Should your stay be for less than seven nights then rates are as follows: 5 or 6 nights at £99.00 per night 4 nights - £107.00 per night 3 nights - £117.00 per night 2 nights - £147.75 per night All rates are per house, not per person and they include all linen and towels, heating and electricity and all taxes.
