Oxford Harlequins R.F.C

Oxford Harlequins were formed in 1995 with the sole intention of bringing first class rugby back to Oxford after 10 years.

The club now has first class coaching staff, and talented playing staff and have now reached Division South West 1 for the 2003/4 season. This division such teams as Clifton, Cheltenham, and Bridgwater all of whom have performed at the highest level.

The Oxford Harlequins always welcome new players from the UK and overseas. The members of the first team squad actively coach the Junior team, and pass on their experience and expertise. This is essential, as there are very few State Schools that now promote Rugby, and without the Clubs of the city the sport could well die.
