BECKs Development Training provides adventure, team challenges and exciting activity days and residentials to corporate clients and international companies such as 3M, IMMI, Qimonda, Infineon Technologies, ASDA as well as Youth Projects such as the Prince's Trust, D2 Youth Zone, Gateshead Young Women's Project etc.

Our programs include traditional outdoor activities (Abseiling, Rock Climbing, Kayaking & Canoeing, Mountain Biking, Hill Walking, Ghyll Scrambling, Coasteering etc) and Team Challenges (Survival of All, Operation Construct, Jigsaw Challenge etc.)

We focus our programs on leadership skills, increasing confidence of individuals and in group situations, improving communication and morale in any team of people.
