A full-time, fully-equipped martial arts gym open seven days-a-week, Keddle's Gym in Orpington, Kent, offers a full range of top quality training equipment including bags, pads and gloves, as well as a weights room, sauna and other facilities, including a ring!

Keddle's Gym offer tuition in a range of martial arts including muay thai, boxing, ju jitsu, submission fighting and stick fighting. Both group classes and private tuition are offered every day of the week. You can pay for lessons individually or take advantage of an excellent discounted block-booking system.

The fully equipped purpose-built gym has 10 punch bags, 2 elbow bags and a range of wall-mounted apparatus (including a speed ball, wall mounted upper-cut block, and a pull-up bar).
