Burns Festival

The Burns Festival is a popular event held in the Burns National Heritage Park in the heart of the countryside that Burns loved.

Burns Festival is held each year in May and features international performers and local people to create a full programme of music, theatre, community events and spectacular international events.

The Festival celebrates Burns' impact on contemporary culture and has led to impressive new works, such as Eddi Reader sings the Songs of Robert Burns, the result of collaboration between Eddi Reader and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra.
