A young and dynamic driving school based in Surbiton, near Kingston-on-Thames, Permit2Pass has an aim to teach people to learn to drive and achieve the freedom to succeed.

With quality driving lessons at competitive rates, Permit2Pass specialise in structured training programmes for new drivers, theory test training, assistance with the Hazard Perception Test (HPT), assessing and developing part-trained drivers, pass plus courses, refresher courses and motorway training.

Instructors are all registered and monitored by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) and comply with their Code of Practice.
