Carnsmerry Villas is a period town house convenient for St Austell's rail/coach station, it is close to the Polkyth Recreation Centre which has a swimming pool, sauna and sports hall.

The Cornish Way, cycling and walking route, going out to the Eden Project passes the end of the Crescent and the rail / coach station is within an easy 5 -10 minute walk. St Austell's town centre, is just past the station and has a number of eating places and entertainment venues including a 5-screen Cinema.
