Jan & Terry will be pleased to offer a warm friendly welcome to Middle Farmhouse, a non-working farmhouse situated in the lovely, peaceful rural hamlet of Hewish, 2 miles south of the Georgian Town of Crewkerne on the Somerset/Dorset borders with Devon just 6 miles away. Set in picturesque hilly countryside, with lovely views, the area is ideal for walking with golf, horse-riding,cycling and fishing nearby. The beautiful barn conversion, behind the main house, offers two private spacious rooms, 1 x double and 1 x twin with en-suite shower-rooms, T.V./CD/DVD, comfortable sofa, ample wardrobe & drawer storage, generous hospitality tray and varied fruit basket. A full hearty English breakfast, using locally sourced organic produce where possible, includes fruit juices, cereal selection,& home-made preserves, is served in the garden room across the courtyard. Please note that due to the hilly location of Middle Farmhouse, there are a few steps to negotiate. NT properties nearby.

Further Information: We do try to be as flexible as possible in all aspects of your stay (eg. you may need to check- in earlier in order to change for a local wedding, or event ), so please feel free to ask, preferably before booking. We are also happy to quote 'verbatim' from our guest book or direct you to a website that contains comments from recent guests. We will be happy to advise on local events & facilities, historic houses & gardens, expected qualities and values of nearby restaurants.
Please Note: We offer a 10% discount for 3+ consecutive nights & 15% discount for 6+ consecutive nights Since there are no single rooms, unfortunately there is a 50% extra charge for single occupancy, but the above discounts still apply. Sorry, closed Christmas Eve, Day and New Years Eve/Day
