The Camera House group was originally formed in the 1960's by a number of Sydney based independent photo store owners who's passion for photography and customer service led to forming an organisation.

By having this advantage it allowed the group to pass the savings onto their customers, offer a wider range of merchandise and develop the 'Camera House' name to the company it is today. As a result, Camera House now flourishes across Australia in more than 120 locations. With strong retail leaders in both metropolitan and regional areas, Camera House are the largest specialty photographic retail chain in Australia.

Today, the vast majority of Camera House's business is digital photography and with our longevity in imaging they are recognised for their superior product knowledge, extensive photographic experience, end-to-end solution capability and better value for money to not only provide customer satisfaction but to keep inline with the ever changing technological developments.
