Of course I understand that you can't control the fish (which not one of the 15 people on this overcrowded charter managed to hook), a little bit of customer service goes a long way.

Im from Bendigo in Victoria and I was up in the Top End for work and spent 2 of my 5 days off with Darwin Reef n Wrecks. I did both the half day and the full day charter. Looking at all the photos in their office I was amazed at what you could catch up there and even on the harbour trip I caught 2 golden snapper and a huge jewfish!
