Located in Carshalton near Sutton in Surrey, Honeywood Heritage Museum dates from the 17th century but the building has many later additions including major extensions of 1896 and 1903 when it was a house owned by John Pattinson Kirk, a London merchant.

The house is rich in period detail and much of the interior has recently been restored to the 1903 colour scheme. The billiard room is a real treat with its original Edwardian table and fittings.

There are many hands on activities for children. There are many fine paintings showing the local area in the 19th and early 20th centuries. There is also has a gift shop and tearoom.
