Highfield guesthouse is an ideal base from which to explore the hidden delights of Dorset. Whether on foot or in the car there is so much to see and do, from bird watching to sun bathing on Weymouth's sandy beach.
The lovely village of Fleet itself is steeped in history. It was originally a private estate belonging to the Mohun family and from the time you drive through the gates which bear the Mohun family arms it becomes clear what a magical place Fleet is to visit and why John Meade Falkener based his novel Moonfleet on this area. Highfield has one double, one twin and one family bedroom. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and well equipped, with en suite shower rooms, colour televisions, alarm clock radios and hospitality trays.
